Arts as Self-Expression

Many people can attest to the effectiveness of arts (sculpture, songs, creative diary etc.) in helping them go through a rough patch in life.   In fact, there are also professionals dedicated to utilize arts for the purpose of therapy, recovery and self-discovery.

In the future, EitRF.org hope to provide more resources in this area.  In the meantime, here are some ideas that have been proven successfully in helping individuals with AN, give art a go your own way!
